The following Terms and Conditions established herein apply to all transactions and services you encounter on Humber International Lottery Services Limited’s platform and Mobilotto Games lottery service platform, together known and interchangeable as HUMBER, Humber Lottery or Mobilotto, Mobilottogames or Operator. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting them. The Terms and Conditions contain and refer to special rules for the games available on Mobilotto and its different platforms.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREAMBLE AND COMPANY DETAILS
1.1 General
These Terms and Conditions represent a binding agreement between Yourself - (hereinafter the 'User') and Humber Lottery (hereinafter the 'Humber Lottery') for all transactions carried out through Mobilotto Games. Mobilotto is operated by HUMBER, a corporation with registered addresses in Toronto Canada, London England and Lagos Nigeria acting on behalf of its 100% subsidiary MobilottoGames. HUMBER is authorised and licensed to operate and organize lotteries and games of chance.
1.2 Assignment of rights
Humber Lottery hereby reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations with regard to users to any other company in which the Humber Lottery has a stake. Should the assignment of rights be necessary, the Humber Lottery hereby warrants that the new company will comply with all of its obligations with all users at the time of the assignment.
By adhering to these Terms and Conditions, the User expressly consents to the assignment or transfer of the data included in the aforementioned file to other entities when such data are necessary for the effectiveness and access to specific functionalities and services specified on Mobilottogames and on its applications and services.
1.3 Changes
Humber Lottery hereby reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions whenever this is deemed necessary and without providing Users with prior notification. By using the service once changes have been made to the Terms and Conditions, the User will be understood to have accepted these changes. The current Terms and Conditions are available at all times at www.mobilottogames.com
1.4 Applicable laws
These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable laws of the Operator’s jurisdiction.
1.5 Mobilotto games
For merely illustrative purposes, Mobilottogames will offer games such as, Draw Games, Instant Games, Sports Games etc.
2. GAMING ACCOUNTS
2.1 Application
The player requires a valid gaming account to play on Mobilottogames. Application to open an account can be made either through the URL www. Mobilottogames.com or through the Mobile App, SMS, USSD services or other means established to this end by Humber Lottery. By opening the account, the player accepts all of the Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Conditions for setting up a gaming account
Gaming accounts can only be set up by Users.
� Personally registered.
� Over the age of 18 years.
� Registered with a correct mobile telephone number that is registered with the network Operators in your jurisdiction.
� That have registered only one account (no more than one account per player is permitted).
� That are not classified as players with problems and/or associated to exclusion lists on the grounds of addiction to gambling.
� That accept the gaming rules and recognise that Humber Lottery is the supreme authority in deciding these rules.
Humber Lottery is not liable if the player uses roaming or the Internet illegally.
At its sole discretion, Humber Lottery hereby reserves the right to declare any bet void if it identifies any player playing illegally. In this event no winnings will be paid out. Humber Lottery also hereby reserves the right to expel the player (remove their registration).
2.4 Users' guarantees
The users that register hereby guarantee that:
� They satisfy the terms of Article 2.2 (Conditions to set up a gaming account).
� They are not acting on behalf of another person.
� They will notify any change with regard to Article 2.2 immediately (conditions for setting up a gaming account).
� They will not conspire or attempt to conspire or directly or indirectly take part in any plot with any other player during the course of any game they are playing or intend to play on Mobilottogames. Moreover, measures will be taken to prohibit the use of devices such as robots that can distort the normal performance of the game.
� In the event of using credit cards to purchase gaming credit balance, the credit or debit card details given are those belonging to the person registered on the account and the card has not been reported lost or stolen.
� They have not previously opened another gaming account.
� When opening their gaming account, they will not give us or have not given us any false information and will not make any false statements.
� The sale/transfer and/or purchase of accounts to/from other players is prohibited.
2.5 Access administration
Mobilottogames hereby warrants that access to the gaming accounts is secure and confidential and in accordance with the best practices available for protection of users' data.
2.6 Transaction charges
Mobilottogames hereby reserves the right to debit charges for transactions (purchase of credit balance or withdrawals).
As Humber Lottery is not a financial institution and is not qualified to act as one, accounts with a positive balance will not accrue interest.
2.7 Keeping registration information
The Users are responsible for keeping registration data confidential and must not share these details with anybody. Humber Lottery is not liable for the consequences resulting from use of access data that contravenes these Terms and Conditions.
2.8 Refusal, removal and cancellation of gaming accounts
Mobilottogames hereby reserves the right to refuse an application to open a gaming account without giving a reason for this refusal. By the same token, Humber Lottery hereby reserves the right to investigate, suspend and report those transactions deemed suspicious and/or which contravene these Terms and Conditions.
If Humber Lottery suspects that these Terms and Conditions have been infringed, it reserves the right to cancel a gaming account without notification, as well as refuse to pay winnings into an account.
The User may cancel their gaming account whenever they wish by contacting our Customer Service team and requesting the closure, cancellation and destruction of personal data held by Humber Lottery.
2.9 Immobilisation or seizure of credit
Should a Mobilotto account remain inactive for a period of Six (6) months, Mobilotto will attempt to contact the user to send them the account balance. If contact cannot be made, the balance will be retained by Mobilotto. Mobilotto hereby reserves the right to immobilise or confiscate funds from a gaming account in the event of breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any illegal activity in the course of the game or in the use of the account.
3. PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Administration
Humber Lottery will safeguard and will be the holder of personal data for administration of the User's gaming account (including account transactions), to enable the User to take part in games and for the general administration of transactions between participants. These data will be processed confidentially and will not be disclosed to anybody without the User's authorisation. The User is aware of and accepts that the administration processes of Humber Lottery include presentation of a report to the competent authorities on any suspicious signs of breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Humber Lottery has a Privacy Policy that regulates the capture, storage, processing and use of personal data provided by the user. This policy applies to all services provided by Humber Lottery to the User, regardless of the communication media on which it has been advertised. In this regard, the User hereby guarantees that it will comply with the foregoing policy and the general conditions.
The User may exercise the rights to access, rectification and removal, as well as revoking their consent, by writing a letter or sending an e-mail to the following address: info@mobilottogames.com, or by contacting our customer service department.
The request must include the following information:

3.2 Assignment
By adhering to these Terms and Conditions, the User freely and voluntarily consents to the assignment or notification of the data included in the aforementioned file to other entities when these are necessary for the effectiveness of access to specific functionalities and services specified on Mobilotto and on its applications and services.
The User's acceptance for their data to be processed or assigned in the manner laid down in this paragraph may always be revoked, in accordance with applicable regulations governing protection of personal data.
3.3 Telephone conversations
Telephone conversations between the Users and Humber Lottery personnel may be recorded for security reasons and for staff training purposes.
3.4 Privacy policy
HUMBER and its associated brands hereby undertake to respect and protect your privacy. The following declaration discloses the information accumulated by Humber Lottery.
Information on winnings
Customers' winnings and payments are kept strictly private and confidential and in a secure environment. Mobilotto will not disclose information to any third party unless this information has to be disclosed by law, through regulations or at the request of a competent authority.
Security
Humber Lottery employs one of the best instruments available to ensure that your information remains secure. All information is transferred using encryption technologies and once saved on the servers this information is kept secure. The web page, SMS system and software of Mobilottogames use methods to maintain the accuracy and privacy of the databases and to protect them from any improper use and/or loss. Limited Disclosure of Winners' Details.

3.5 Communication with Users
Mobilotto uses emails and mobile telephone to notify customers of new software updates, promotions, web developments, any general information Mobilotto believes could be of interest and for a range of operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
If the User does not wish to receive emails or SMS messages, they must request this by sending an email to service@ Mobilottogames.com or by using other means offered in these general conditions.
3.6 Responsible gaming
Mobilotto expressly declines any involvement by persons with gambling addiction problems. The User must only play for enjoyment purposes and not for any other reason. 4. GAMES
4.1 Security

5. OBLIGATIONS
5.1 Information at www.mobilottogames.com
The data available at www.Mobilottogames.com or on the different informative and/or advertising media of Humber Lottery are provided strictly for information purposes. Mobilotto does not guarantee the accuracy, current nature or veracity in general of these data.
5.2 Complaints
Complaints against HUMBER and any of its associated brands must be made by the User within fifteen (15) days from the date of the event or circumstance that caused the complaint. Humber Lottery will never be liable for complaints made after the fifteen (15) days.
If the User has any inquiry with regard to a transaction, they may contact Humber Lottery through the medium included in these Terms and Conditions. We will investigate any contested transaction. Our decision is final. If for any reason the User is dissatisfied with the decision, they have the right to take their dispute to the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, NLRC.
Humber Lottery and the User hereby declare that they will always act in accordance with good faith and will make every endeavour to avoid any type of controversy between them. In the event of any controversy, both parties will make every effort to resolve it.
Limitation of liabilities
HUMBER and its associated brands will never be liable for damages or losses incurred by the User, which are directly or indirectly caused by:
a) Mistakes, incorrect texts, translation errors, spelling errors, etc.
b) System, software or communication errors through Mobilottogames.
c) System, software or communication errors through third parties.
d) Breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use by the User.
e) Illegal actions performed by the User.
f) Tips given by Mobilotto.
g) Events beyond the control of Humber Lottery, including force majeure
6. SECURITY
Humber Lottery will only allow access through a secure interconnection using the encrypted name, mobile phone number and password of the User. It is not possible to play on Mobilottogames without first passing through the system of security and identification of the User.
Mobilottogames employs the best methods available for encryption of the User's name, mobile phone number and password, and for all other sensitive information transferred between the User and our servers. This does not involve forced entry or evading our security. If we suspect there is an attempt to force entry or to evade our security or software, we are authorised to immediately terminate your access to Mobilottogames and to close your account. We also reserve the right to inform the competent authorities. Mobilottogames will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the privacy policy at any time and to ask you for additional information. This additional information will be treated as confidential. Under certain circumstances, we also reserve the right to disclose some of the users' data in accordance with the law.
7. ALERTS
The User hereby agrees to receive e-communications. All communications, whether sent electronically or by post, are considered as given 'in writing' and received within five business days from the date sent, regardless of whether the communication has been received, collected or opened. Mobilotto reserves the right, without any obligation, to send communications by post.
8. PARTIAL NULLITY
Should a competent Court or Authority rule that part of these terms are null, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
9. CONDITIONS
This agreement is effective from the time of acceptance simply by participating in Humber Lottery services and Mobilottogames and will remain in force indefinitely unless terminated in accordance with Clause 2.10 in fine.
Under all circumstances, registering, making a deposit or playing the Mobilotto lottery means that the player accepts these Terms and Conditions.
10. MINORS
Use of Humber Lottery services is hereby expressly prohibited for those under the age of 18.
To this end, for the provision of its services, Humber Lottery will request and check that players are of full legal age. Those that do not comply with the legal age permitted or whose registered details are incorrect or incomplete are hereby excluded.
11. DISCLAIMER:
Mobilottogames accepts no responsibility should you make a deposit into any account other than that of the Company, or enter your own account details incorrectly when requesting a withdrawal.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you add your correct customer data as indicated on our site instructions and the correct Mobilottogames account or payment details.
In the event that an error occurs Mobilottogames accepts no responsibility for recovering these funds and your account will NOT be credited.
